- A refund request must be
submitted within twenty-four
(24) hours from the date of
purchase. - You must have accessed or used
at most twenty percent (20%) of
the course content. - It would help if you had not
attempted any assessments
related to the course. - You must not have engaged in
any actions that indicate multiple
logins or sharing of login
credentials. - A valid reason for the refund
- request must be provided,
including specific dissatisfaction
with the course.
Procedure for Requesting Refunds:
- To initiate a refund, contact our
customer support within the
specified forty-eight-hour period.
Provide relevant details like the
order ID, course title, and a brief
explanation for the refund. - Our team will review your account
activity to ensure compliance
with the eligibility criteria. If
eligible, a refund will be issued to
your original payment method
within a standard operational
period.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:

five percent (25%) of the course
content, attempting any course
assessments, or violating account
security policies will disqualify you
from receiving a refund.

- Refunds are processed and
credited within 5-7 days, subject
to holidays and bank policies.
