How can I enroll in a course and begin learning?

Enrolling in our courses is a straightforward process:

• Visit www.delhicsdo.in.
• Navigate to the course page that interests you.
• Click 'Enroll Now' and provide your name and email ID, then create a password.
• Proceed to 'Pay Now' and enter your Phone Number.
• You can choose your preferred payment method from UPI, Wallet, Netbanking, and Credit/Debit Cards.
• Complete the payment process.
• Your course will automatically start playing after payment. If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with us at [email protected] for assistance.

How to reset the password if we forget

• Click on Login
• Click on Forgot Password
• Enter the correct email ID to sign up on the website the first time.
• Open your email Inbox (The email could also be in the Promotions/update folder in Gmails)
• Click on the link given in the email.
• Create a new password and log in.

I have already paid and enrolled in the course, but I can't see the content.

• If you can't access the course, check the below listed:
• Is the email ID the same as what you used for the course purchase?
• To check this, check if you received a course purchase email after purchasing. If not, it could mean that you entered an incorrect email ID and made the purchase.
• Do you have a stable internet connection? Try opening another site, such as Google. Is the page loading instantly or taking time? A delay in opening the page could also mean slow internet.

If I put the wrong email ID by mistake, how can I rectify that?

There's no need to worry; contact us with the proof of the payment, and we will help you sort this out. If you remember the wrong email ID used, please log in with that and change it to the correct email ID in the profile section later.
