However, CSDO recognizes that there may be situations where issuing a refund is necessary. To address these instances in an equitable and transparent manner, CSDO establishes the following Refund Policy as an integral part of our Terms & Conditions of service.
Eligibility Criteria for Refund
- A refund request must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours from the exact date and time of purchase.
- You must have accessed or viewed at most twenty percent (20%) of the total course video and document content.
- You must not have attempted or submitted any assessments, quizzes, or exams related to the course.
- You must not have engaged in any actions indicating account abuse, multiple simultaneous logins, or sharing of credentials.
- A valid, genuine reason for the refund request must be provided, detailing specific dissatisfaction with course materials.
Procedure for Requesting Refunds
- 1Initiate Request: Contact our official customer support within the specified window. Please provide your Registered Order ID, Registered Email Address, Course Title, and a brief explanation.
- 2Activity Audit: Our admissions & technical audit team will review your portal log activity to verify course consumption percentage and exam attempts against our eligibility standards.
- 3Approval & Disbursal: If eligible, the approved refund will be credited back to your original source payment method within our standard banking turnaround time.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Engaging with more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course videos, recipe files, or formula guides.
- Attempting or taking any modular assessments or certification testing modules.
- Violating CSDO portal security policies, including downloading protected assets without authorization or credential sharing.
Turnaround Time & Effect
- Turnaround Time: Approved refunds are processed and credited within 5 to 7 business days, subject to national holidays and intermediary banking settlement policies.
- Effect of Refund: Approval immediately terminates course enrolment. All portal access, certificates, downloadable formula dossiers, and community privileges are revoked upon disbursal.

CSDO reserves the explicit right to modify, adjust, or amend this Refund Policy at any given time. Any amendments will be reflected on this page with immediate effect. Continued utilization of CSDO’s educational platform following posted updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
